(More customer reviews)I bought this on because consumer reports recommended LG highly. It turned out to be a very bad decision. The keypad at the bottom is convenient but a DESIGN flaw, in my opinion. It failed 3 times! - the technician said it is because the steam from the food goes into the keypad. LG is VERY BAD about standing behind their products - their warranty is VERY SHORT (90 days) for parts and NO LABOR (which is the major cost of the repair). It cost me more in parts and labor than the microwave in the first 2 years alone!. Even their repair technician said "I dont know why you would try and fix this - it is junk!" (consumer reports - are you listening!!!?). The worse part is the company does not seem to care at all about such repeated problems. They quote this is outside our warranty time..
Anyway, their service is bad and this product - WITH THE KAYPAD at the BOTTOM - is a MAJOR DESIGN FLAW. Avoid it if you can
