(More customer reviews)I bought two of these to use as a cooling device during heat waves and hot flashes. I love the Nap material, but the inserts that these come with are inadequate to provide much cooling. I haven't tried them with heat. I purchased two cold packs which are small enough to fit into them at the drug store. That works just fine, but I wouldn't have purchased these if I'd known I'd have to do that. I'd have returned them but waited too long.
