They are great prep bowls and because they are silicone and the flexibility is great, I can use them to pour liquids and dry ingredients into my Kitchen Aid mixer without having to stop the mixer. These bowls are used more than any other bowls in our house. They clean up well in the dishwasher. What more could you ask for? As prep bowls, these are great for chopping up and preparing everything for a meal so that everything is ready when you start cooking. If you love to cook, do yourself a favor and buy these bowls.
