(More customer reviews)We bought this model less than 3 years ago. It worked wonderfully and I'll have a very hard time finding one I like more, but it stopped heating food altogether, started making scary noises and we saw sparks... the manufacturer's warranty only provides a new magnetron tube but I have to pay for labor & related parts. I don't really want their new tube if it's only going to last 3 years, so I'm shopping again!
